This is a white wine from the Southern Rhône Valley with a complex personality. A blend of predominantly Viognier, displaying richness and silky texture on the palate, along with tangy citrus and a brilliant long finish. A delicious accompaniment for Poisson du Marche, Salade de Saison and Les Fromages.

This is a delightful French Sauvignon Blanc blended with Semillion and Muscadelle, two lesser known grape varietals which pleasantly amp-up the aromatics, and add sassy freshness on the palate. This wine is a delicious pairing with beet salad and especially good with soft cheeses.
 
 
 
 
2018 Chardonnay

If you love crisp Chardonnay then you may have just found your new favorite go-to white wine. This classic version hails from the famed Chablis region in Northern Burgundy known for Kimmeridgian limestone subsoil - which is actually ancient seafloor dating back to the Jurassic period. Centuries-old wine making practices dictate the minimalist style here, which highlights a tell-tale minerality, so the grapes sing for themselves. A slam-dunk with seafood. The vineyard of Château de Rouanne is a unique one-block monopole, planted entirely with 50+ year old vines of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre. This ancient terroir in the commune of Vinsobres is comprised of limestone and sandy marl soils dating back to the Pliocene epoch. A wonderful deep ruby-red wine with notes of spicy black pepper, violets and classic "garrigue" all blending seamlessly - delivering a taste of the Southern Rhone Valley right to your dinner table. Try it with the Jarret de Veau, Cannelloni
 Augergine au Gratin.
 
 
 
Bordeaux Rouge
2015 Château La Croix des Moines  Lalande de Pomerol  France

Deep in color with firm structure, this is a Right Bank blend of 80% Merlot, 10% Cab Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Grown in the small sub-appellation of Lalande-de-Pommerol on an 11 hectare family owned estate, this wine displays notes of black currents, sweet tobacco and green peppercorns. A restrained use (25%) of new oak integrates seamlessly - resulting in a full-bodied wine with balance and elegance. A great pairing with Filet Mignon au Poivre.
